DAY 1 – Arrive Delhi By International Flight:

Arrive Delhi at by International Flight.

On arrival, meet our representative and transfer to hotel. India’s capital & a major gateway to the country, Delhi is contemporary and a bustling metropolis which successfully combines in its fold the ancient & the modern. Its strategic location was one of the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. New Delhi also reflects the legacy the British left behind. Overnight at Hotel.   

DAY 2 – Delhi:

After Breakfast city tour of Old & New Delhi:

Old Delhi – You will travel to Old Delhi en-route making stop at Raj Ghat – memorial built at the cremation spot of Mahatma Gandhi; next on your tour is brief stop at Red Fort for a photo stop. Chandini Chowk from where you will proceed to embark for an experience with Rickshaw Ride. Finally visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India.

New Delhi will include a visit of Qutub Minar. Qutub Minar originally an early Islamic Monument inscribed with Arabic inscriptions is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Then visit Humayun’s Tomb, built by the widow of the second Mughal Emperor, Humayun’s, it is an outstanding monument in the Indo-Persian style.

Finally drive back to Lutyen’s Delhi passing through Rajpath, Rashtrapati Bhavan on Raisina Hill through Vijay Chowk and India Gate, National War Memorial. Overnight at Hotel .

DAY 3 – Delhi Ayodhya By Flight:

After breakfast transfer to Airport to board flight to Ayodhya.

On arrival at Ayodhya, transfer to hotel and check in.

Afternoon visit Lord Ram Janambhumi (Birth Place) Temple and Hanuman Gadhi (Lord Hanuman Temple).

DAY 4 – Ayodhya-Delhi By Flight, Delhi-Agra By Surface:

After breakfast transfer to Airport to board flight to Delhi.

On arrival at Delhi Airport, straight drive to Agra (200 Kms /4 Hrs) – Medieval city situated on the banks of river Yamuna, it came into prominence when a lavish patronage of Mughal rulers created forts, tombs, and palaces in red sandstone and marble inlaid with semi-precious stones.

Upon arrival at Agra proceed to check in your hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 5 – Agra-Jaipur By Surface:

After breakfast proceed for Half Day City Tour of Agra. Visit the Agra Fort, which was commissioned in 1565 by Akbar. The beautiful yet forbidding structure is a handsome example of Mughal architecture. Later, visit the Taj Mahal … a mausoleum built as a symbol of Emperor Shah Jehan’s devotion to his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal.

Afternoon drive to Jaipur (235 Kms, 5 Hrs Drive) en-route Visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was built by Emperor Akbar and is home to many historical buildings. Akbar wanted to make Fatehpur Sikri his headquarters; however, he had to abandon it due to shortage of water. The Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti enshrines the burial place of the Sufi saint who lived a religious life here.

Further drive to Jaipur and check in to your Hotel. Jaipur is the gateway to the magnificent and vibrant state of Rajasthan. Evening take a stroll in the markets of Jaipur for the traditional dresses and shoes, curio shops, blue pottery etc. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 6 – Jaipur :

Following breakfast, you will proceed on a guided excursion to the Amber Fort, take a jeep ride up to the fortress palace. Once on top you can stroll through the sprawling complex of courtyards and halls.  A Jeep will help you descend and transfer you to the car park.  

On arrival take city tour of Jaipur and visit one the most distinguished landmark of the ‘pink city’, the City Palace Complex.

The architecture of the City Palace is a synthesis of workings of Rajasthan and of Mughal styles. The Complex comprises of many structures, courtyards, gardens and buildings.

Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds which is actually little more than a facade. Probably, this honeycombed building was originally built to facilitate the women of the royal household to watch the everyday life and processions of the city. Overnight at Hotel 

Day 7: Jaipur – Delhi By Surface, Delhi Back Home By International Flight: 

After breakfast you will be transferred to Delhi Airport to board flight to back home.
